Dave Macsay personally spoke with Joanna, Ron Moss’s spouse to give you this brief history.

Ron was born in 1939 in Edneyville which is just outside of Asheville, Tn.  He met Joanna at Lake Summit in Tuxedo in 1963 and they have been married 42 years.  They have 2 daughters and 5 grandchildren. At different times of his life he constructed and flew remote control model airplanes; built several street rods and even raced at the tracks in Bithlo (outside Orlando); enjoyed photography and did his own developing; took lessons to become a pilot, and enjoyed woodworking for the last 20 years.  They owned their own business as a Waterproofing and Painting contractor on commercial properties until he retired in 1997. He was a good Christian.  He really enjoyed the Guild and particularly the Guild members.
